A perrrrfect bach weekend for you and your favorite ladies! This is what I would plan if I were planning a girls trip to Salida!
1. Check In to one of Salida's Top Rated Hotels: Check in to Blue Coyote Ranch, one of Salida's top-rated hotels, (of course)!
2. Brunch: Enjoy an amazing brunch at my favorite spot The Biker and Baker. If it's warm, post up on their cute roof deck. Biker and Baker has an in-house pastry chef so make sure to get something sweet to share. I love their breakfast nachos and bennies, but everything on the menu is excellent. They also have amazing cocktails and NA options!
4. Metalsmithing/Jewlery Making: Make something you'll ACTUALLY WEAR by learning metalsmithing at The Riveting Experience. Imprint metal with cool designs, choose from semi-precious stones and create somethign that will look like you picked it up from a local boutique! The Riveting Experience also serves beer and wine to help you get your creative juices flowing!
5. Spa Day: Spend the day at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs' spa! If you book a spa treatment, you get access to their adults-only spa pools. The spa pools have a juice bar that also serves beer and wine, making this a great place to lounge all day.
And I can't say this enough - consider the private hot springs rental, it's amazing (and what I did for my own bachelorette). The private rental has the backdrop of Mt Princeton and is an epic and unique activity to add to your itinerary. With larger groups the cost is not much more than buying a bunch of day passes.
6. Shop: Make sure to leave some time to shop the awesome shops in downtown Salida! We have some amazing (woman-owned!) local boutiques and galleries. Don't miss Howl, YOLO, Moony Goods and Copper Kettle.
7. Night-in: I always love to have one night "in" on girls' trips! Cozy up back at the Lodge with takeout from Sushi Thai Salida or Sherpa Cafe.
