New Partnership: Native Nectar Botanicals

Your stay at BCR now includes luxurious locally-made bath products!

We could not be more excited to announce our new partnership with Native Nectar Botanicals! Another product of the Rocky Mountains, Native Nectar Botanical products are lovingly produced nearby in Crested Butte.

We have been on the hunt for a local source of bath products since we opened BCR almost two years ago! I am extremely picky with my bath products, and have a very sensitive (and particular!) nose, so this mission has taken longer than I expected.

When I received my Native Nectar Samples, it was love-at-first-smell! The Mandarin Rosehip shampoo and conditioner has the most lovely scent - clean and refreshing and yet somehow still incredibly natural. The Charcoal Mango body wash has a similar scent that leaves me feeling so relaxed and clean.

I was even more surprised by the stellar hydrating effect of all of these products. The sulfate-free shampoo is particularly amazing to me as I know sulfates are bad for our hair, but I find that so many of the sulfate-free products have an odd (fishy?) after-smell (a sensitive nose is a curse, people!). This shampoo is fresh through and through! That, combined with the conditioner, has made a noticeable impact on the health of my hair after just a month of use.

The body wash has a similar impact, leaving my skin feeling super clean and moisturized.

Turns out that buying products from a fellow Coloradan really pays off! We all know the struggle of dry skin and hair up here in the mountains - thank goodness Jess, the founder of Native Nectars, has given us one more thing to love about the Rockies.
