Bitters Making Experience at Woods Distillery

This is a truly unique experience with our local distillery. The experience begins with a tasting flight and then moves into a distillery tour. The tour provides a more comprehensive overview of the distillation process for Wood’s diverse range of spirits which include whiskey, gin, and vodka. During the tour, you’ll also have the opportunity to sample straight from the barrel with a “whiskey thief” - this is how distillers check on their barrel while its aging without opening the barrel. Next up, you will meet with the head bartender to learn about bitters and a chance to make your own blend. Create a totally unique bottle of bitters you can take home to mix up a one-of-a-kind cocktail!
