The Inn at Blue Coyote Ranch

Our Inn is a former Tudor Mansion with six hotel-style rooms. Our rooms sleep 2-4 people, each has a private bathroom and locking door.

Common Areas

  • Large living room with ample seating; den with wood burning stove and additional seating

  • Oversized outdoor deck with 6-person hot tub

  • 24/7 Coffee and Tea Bar and ice maker

  • Microwave, Propane Grill and basic plates, cutlery and wine glasses are available to guests

Arrangement & Setting

  • We are located on 33 acres of pine forest with beautiful mountain views and a short hiking trail

  • We have three levels in the Inn:

    • There are no rooms on our ground level, only our common areas

    • The second floor has four rooms: Rancher, Park Ranger, Naturalist and Mountaineer

    • The Garden/Walkout Basement level has two rooms: Geologist and Biker

      • Although this is technically the basement level, the rooms get plenty of natural light and great reviews from our guests!

A few things to be aware of:

  • There is no hot tub access for cabin guests at this time

  • All Inn rooms require one set of stairs to access

  • No pets are allowed in Inn rooms

  • Although we are only 5 minutes from downtown Salida, we are a rural property. Most of the driveway and walkways are not paved and may be slippery.

  • We are on a rural road with a long steep hill that you must ascend to reach our property. 4WD is strongly recommended during winter.

    • Should you get stuck at the base of the hill just give us a call and we will come pick you up (the hill is less than 1 minute from the property)
